Just a reliable pick for a brief pause in Renton with decent value for money. The shuttle driver was super helpful when I lost my wife's laptop bag. Tip, Be sure to ask about the shuttle schedule for best timing.

Great stay with comfy amenities
Had a nice time staying in a King Room. It had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, cable channels, and a microwave. Loved the fresh toiletries and the feather pillows. The lobby was charming, and breakfast was really good with cooked-to-order options. Staff were super helpful.

My recent stay at Hilton Garden was excellent. The staff was attentive and assisted me with my business needs efficiently. The breakfast selection was impressive, featuring a variety of options that catered to different dietary preferences, ensuring a satisfying start to my day.
The fitness center could benefit from more equipment.

The location feels convenient, close to the airport and shopping. The front desk staff greeted me warmly at check-in, making me feel welcomed right away. I enjoyed the heated swimming pool. it was just the right temperature to relax after a long day. The breakfast offered decent options. I especially liked the scrambled eggs. The room had a comfortable vibe, clean and spacious, which helped me unwind after my busy days. However, I faced a few issues. Housekeeping seemed rushed, as the room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned for the duration of my stay. I found some stains on the carpet and noticed the fitness center could use more equipment. The Wi-Fi was also spotty, impacting my work needs during my business trip. It would have been great if the restaurant was open daily instead of just on weekdays, as I missed dining onsite on several occasions.

missingWrote a review on 11 Augfamily-friendly atmosphereclean hotelnoisy environmentpoor locationlimited breakfast options
The family-friendly atmosphere stood out during the visit, with very friendly staff who were always willing to help. The parking lot was spacious, accommodating large vehicles well. However, the noise from passing cars made it difficult to get a restful night, and the overall location was less than ideal for those needing quick airport access. The cleanliness of the hotel was commendable, and the boiled eggs for breakfast were a nice touch.

However, it’s frustrating to arrive only to discover the hot tub and pool are permanently closed, despite the original listing boasting these amenities. The $7 nightly parking fee feels excessive in a quiet lot that wasn’t even half full, adding to the sense of being nickel-and-dimed. Multiple guests have reported added charges on their bills without clear explanations, contributing to feelings of irritation. Overall, the hotel lacks that fresh, modern feel I prefer, and the surroundings feel entirely uninspired.

We had a lovely stay, enjoying the cozy seating area and the nice little garden space. The pool area was a great spot to relax, even though the hot tub was out of order during our visit. Just a heads up, the parking fee felt a bit unnecessary since the lot was mostly empty, but it didn't ruin our time! 😊

The hotel had friendly staff and a clean environment, but some areas needed attention, particularly the outdated bathroom and poor air circulation. The parking fee felt unnecessary. Overall, it was an okay stay with some positives but also notable inconveniences.
